Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all batteries, adjustment tools, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
